Introduction

Europe and the West faced an unprecedented social crisis as shock waves of a brutal war in Syria spread around the world. The ISIS or Islamic State erupted violently onto the world stage in 2014 proclaiming a Global Caliphate. War and terror in Syria created a massive refugee crisis across Europe.

In September 2015, Russia was called in by the government to help defeat ISIS in Syria. That Russian military action signaled a new era in global politics, with Russia appearing as a formidable force to be reckoned with for the first time since the end of the Cold War. America was no longer the sole military superpower. The world was visibly moving towards a new world war, claiming to have religion at its core, but in reality a war; as all wars are; is about money and power. Islam was being instrumentalised as a weapon of that global war from Damascus to Paris, from Mecca to Xinjiang, from Istanbul to Cologne, but by whom?

Who is behind that ISIS terror, or behind the Muslim Brotherhood, or behind Al Qaeda? For that it would be necessary to look back to the 1950’s, to the nexus of US intelligence and their perverse relations with the secret Muslim Brotherhood. What emerges is a picture so incredible few could imagine.

As the US War on Terror evolved over more than a decade after 9-11, it became more and more apparent that its main goal was not merely to control the oil of the Middle East, but it was ultimately to contain the threat of a rising Eurasian economic challenge to America’s declining power, a challenge which combined the economic colossus of an emerging China with the nuclear deterrence of Russia.

The Rockefeller Network of Power, or New York for short, determined to increasingly cultivate political Islam as a weapon to weaken the emergence of an independent, self-sufficient China, a resource –rich Russia, and potentially much of the EU, especially Germany. With America’s global role in existential danger, Washington used its influence over various Islamic Jihadist groups to try to drive new wars and unrest globally. After 9-11, the Rockefellers had decided to launch a new crusade, in effect, an American Jihad in a determined bid to hold that global domination.
We will start in the period after 9-11, and the next parts, 2-4, will detail the key Jihad groups, such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, and ISIS. It will also cover the Chechen war of 1994/5, the Bosnia War, Afghanistan, Turkey, Syria and China, and the links between all of this, and the intelligence agencies of London, Israel and the US.

The ambiguous War on Terror (WOT), which was clearly understood in the Muslim world as a war on Islam, could expand to any place where a significant Muslim population lived and where various assets of the CIA and US Special Forces could incite Jihad terror and suicide bombing reactions to the brutal US or NATO war incursions.

What Washington’s WOT accomplished was the dramatic global spread of Islamic Jihad terror as revenge. In little more than a decade into the new war of religion against religion, terror against terror, the ancient cradle of civilization in Iraq had already been destroyed. Afghanistan bombed back to the Stone Age as it fought a 30 year foreign occupation. Americans had been terrorized into yielding their basic liberties in exchange for a “security” that never came.

This new WOT (War on Terror), would be used to terrorize all of mankind. For the power elite, it was not about religion. It was about who had the power to destroy the entire world, and to destroy intelligent, moral thinking human beings and their civilized cultures. This power elite saw their power threatened as never before. Their arch enemy was the growing population of intelligent, thinking human beings, whose numbers began to increase dramatically. These elite saw the masses unified in putting forward demands for more participation in government, more democracy, and better education for their children, higher wages and better conditions. Pitted against this was a regrouping of the reactionary forces based on European royalty and international financiers, along with the American power elite, headed by the Rockefeller family, and a largely illiterate peasantry as “cannon fodder” controlled by these power elite.

Intelligent, thinking human beings in dramatically increasing numbers were the mortal enemies of their continued power, a power based on maintaining the vast majority of the population in a state of superstition, fear and ignorance.

As a totality, mankind at the onset of the 21st century, most recently the populations of the developing world in Africa, South America, the Arab world, and Asia, had become vastly more intelligent. That meant that ordinary people would be less vulnerable to their tricks, their magic, their manipulations, and above all, their control. In the centuries from the Great Crusades to the Industrial Revolution, those tricks, illusions, and manipulations of superstitions had enabled a tiny elite to subjugate the majority of mankind, to keep them in darkness, ignorance – basically, in a state of stupidity. For those malevolent power elite, their goal was now to reintroduce a new age of darkness, superstition, fear, hate, death, and destruction. Religion was to be twisted to serve that goal.

This was not owing to the stupidity of Washington planners. It was a central part of a strategy of wars of religion against religion. And as history has demonstrated time and again, religious wars were the most devastating form of war since time immemorial.

The Arab Spring

By 2010, that global war was to explode with a new ferocity as a project originally named The Greater Middle East Project (2005/6), later renamed by the media as the Arab Spring, and was unleashed by Western intelligence agencies, beginning with a remote event in Tunisia.

Drastic Times Require Drastic Measures

The Bush wars against Iraq and Afghanistan over the ensuing decades after 9-11, cost trillions of dollars, which were then dumped on American taxpayers and indirectly to those trade surplus countries, like China, Russia, Japan, Germany, or the Gulf State Arab monarchies, who bought hundreds of billions of dollars of US Government debt as the only “secure” haven for their massive trade dollar surpluses.

Then in March 2007, the American Sole Superpower faced a profound, terrifying new challenge. This time it was from within.

The US financial system began a domino-style collapse as the market for fraudulent real estate loans, especially so-called “sub-prime “ home loans, collapsed. It had been a con unlike every other bubble in US history. Unlimited military spending for the maintenance and expansion of the Rockefeller’s global empire was threatened by the financial crisis, and with it American/Rockefeller domination.

To shift the global power calculus again to their favour, they needed drastic and bold measures. The response was a policy that was meant primarily to block an emerging Eurasian economic challenge coming from Russia, China and a Europe centred around Germany. The strategy involved inciting revolutions, later called “Arab Spring”, across the Muslim world to directly challenge the oil and energy flows of Russia, China and Europe, each in different ways. It was also intended, finally, to open the staggering sovereign wealth of the Arab oil states to looting by Wall Street and the City of London financial institutions.

In 2008, the Pentagon released a document titled “2008 Army Modernization Strategy “. That document stated that the objective of US Army strategy was to span and dominate the entire universe, not just the planet. The Pentagon aimed for control of everything and everyone, everywhere. But short of a highly risky all-out nuclear war, something more diabolical was deemed necessary. It was to be called the Arab Spring.

Real intelligence in politics is the ability to recognize connections that are not necessary obvious, to see relationships – seeing the interconnectedness of all life, all peoples, and all wars. Real intelligence is the ability to understand that when you unleash a destructive force in one place, it affects all mankind destructively, including those who unleash it. That inability to appreciate the connectedness of all would ultimately “blowback” on the perpetrators themselves and on their succeeding generations.

The CIA believed that they could simply use the same template of Jihad they had used in the 1980s against the Soviets in Afghanistan, scale it up and detonate the entire Middle East in “democratic revolutions” that would merely replace one group of old tyrants with Washington’s newly favoured choice, the Muslim Brotherhood. Washington thought they could again weaponise political Islam this time to gain control of the entire world by encircling, active Islamic revolts, and weakening China, Russia and Europe, the only potential contenders for global domination. The secretive Muslim Brotherhood – with operations across the entire Muslim world, Europe, the US, Central Asia, Russia and China, saw the chance to finally realize their Global Jihad. They began in Tunisia, then Egypt, and on across the entire Arab Middle East, all with the full backing of Washington.

Template of “Colour Revolutions”

The arsenal of regime change weapons that Washington used was the same in virtually every country. It consisted of the privatization and austerity demands of the IMF that led to mass protests and social unrest. US-trained cadre in every country were then activated who had been trained by the US State Department and the “democracy” NGO’s it controlled, to call more mass protests using Facebook, Twitter, and new social media that caught local authorities totally by surprise. It used young students trained in CANVAS workshops.

In every case, a variety of NGO’s were used to identify opposing groups and factions, especially religious, and worsen tensions in the target country. Then secret CIA and mercenary snipers were used to inflame the anger of the population against their government by creating innocent martyrs and blaming the killings on the government. Washington used Muslim Brotherhood-controlled Al Jazeera and other media to broadcast lies and distortion about the regimes under attack. Crucially, it used the secret and open networks of the Muslim Brotherhood, who were given the green light by Washington to consolidate a new power in the aftermath of the “democratic revolution”.
By December 2013, entrenched rulers had been forced from power in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen. Civil uprisings had erupted in Bahrain, and a full-blown war in Syria. Major protests had broken out in Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Sudan, Mauritania, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti, Western Sahara and the Palestinian territories. The entire Islamic world was in flames.

ISIS – The New Resurrection

After the failure of their initial Arab Spring “democracy” projects became clear, and after the failure of the US-backed war in Syria to topple President Assad, and with the ousting of Muslim Brotherhood leader, Morsi, in Egypt, Washington and its allies tried a new phase of Jihad terrorism.

In November 22-23, 2013, the final green light for the war on Iraq and Syria with ISIS, was given behind closed doors at the Atlantic Council’s Energy Summit in Istanbul, Turkey. The Atlantic Council was one of the most influential US think tanks with regards to US and NATO foreign policy and geopolitics. It is a part of the Rockefeller Network, from inception.

The key coordinator of ISIS, or Daesh (in Arabic) military actions was US Ambassador to Turkey Francis Riccardione.

In late 2013, Al Qaeda in Iraq and Syria made a formal split with Abu Musab al Zarqawi, head of Al Qaeda in Iraq since 2004 after the US invasion. The new organization under al-Baghdadi was called ISIS, or Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. ISIS had been trained in the months before their dramatic emergence in Iraq and Syria at secret military bases in Turkey, Jordan and Libya by CIA, Mossad and American Special Forces.

In early 2014, ISIS launched a suspiciously successful attack capturing the rich city of Mosul in the middle of Iraqi oilfields. Hundreds of millions in dollars and gold bullion was stolen from the Bank of Mosul. The western media dramatized their victories as if the entire Islamic world were soon to join the Islamic Caliphate. In June 2014, the self-styled leader of ISIS, Baghdadi, proclaimed a new Caliphate, with him as its Caliph, and demanded allegiance of all Muslims worldwide. Many hundreds of naive Muslims fell for this con, and either joined or contributed resources to ISIS.

By 2015, ISIS was claiming allied organizations or terrorist “Jihad” groups in Egypt, Afghanistan, Libya, Boko Haram in Nigeria, rebels in Yemen and even in the EU, where they disguised themselves as innocent war refugees seeking humanitarian asylum. Virtually all the assorted CIA terror groups masquerading as Islamic Jihadists were being put under the one ISIS umbrella. It was simply a stupid attempt to reincarnate the CIA’s Al Qaeda.

Unintended Consequences

The American effort to weaponize Islam through the Arab Spring and ISIS was the unintended consequences of that effort. Egypt’s Morsi was ousted in a military coup financed by Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Egypt then turned to Russia for much-needed military arms.

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates united to blacklist Qatar for its support of the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria and elsewhere.

Washington then created a violent coup in Ukraine in November 2013, through another color revolution. This coup in Ukraine threatened to start a new war, this time a hot war- as Russia acted to defend its strategic survival.

In 2014 after a bloody failed attempt over 3 years to unseat Assad, the ISIS terrorist assaults in Syria and Iraq conveniently gave the US the pretext for their proxy war against Russia, China, Iran and Syria, as well as Europe. The Gulf states and Turkey did the dirty work for the US and Israel. On one level, the ISIS war was about oil, gas and pipelines to control the vast riches of the region, as well as to deny Russia the South Stream gas route to a Europe independent of Ukraine. On a deeper level, the agenda of the two families was total control over the world and reduction of global population through eugenics, wars and terrorism.

The US war against Syria and the US-created war in Ukraine were two fronts in what was one war. It was a war against Russia and China. These two Eurasian powers, the key nations of the BRICS and the Eurasian Shanghai Cooperation Organization, or the SCO, represented the center of gravity for the only effective counterweight to a new global barbarism, what the Pentagon called Full Spectrum Dominance, and the American king David Rockefeller called his New World Order.

By the early days of 2015, it was becoming more and more clear that as a Washington war in Ukraine faltered, as a Washington war in Syria became an unspeakable debacle, and as their creation of a new Islamic Ottoman Empire in Turkey around Fethullah Gulen’s Cemaat organization faced existential threat in a confrontation with former ally, Turkish President Erdogan, the Washington tactic of using political Islam to secure a revitalized American global domination was failing everywhere.

The Rockefeller Empire, who controlled Washington through their influential think tanks, and ownership of the mainstream media as well control of the military-industrial complex were becoming desperate. In their growing desperation, they threatened a new world war. As the ancient proverb goes,” Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad.” By the early weeks of 2015, the Sole Superpower (a Rockefeller family division), the global hegemon, were not only lost, but also going mad. The world was slipping from their grasp.

In terms of Security, Israel found itself surrounded by unstable governments and hostile Jihadists on every side. Netanyahu formed an unlikely and unholy alliance with Saudi Arabia against Iran, and against her “traditional” ally, the United States. The deadly untended consequences of the Washington planners had brought the world to the brink of a global war, in late 2015. The CIA believed they could weaponize currents within Islam as their killing machine without any unintended consequences.

Sane voices around the world were beginning to ask whether there was another better way of creating development of common and beneficial economic initiatives to lift mankind out of poverty and hunger, respecting national borders, peacefully negotiating changes when necessary, respecting fellow human beings regardless of their faith. They began to grasp that there might be possibly a more intelligent and a more human alternative to the current agenda of those two families- the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds (along with their respective networks of power in New York and London).

The True Cause of the 9-11 attacks

In 1997, Zbigniew Brzezinski published a book called, “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and It’s Geo strategic Imperatives”, and we quote from it:

“It is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges, capable of dominating Eurasia and thus of also challenging America —. For America, the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia —. America’s global primacy is directly dependent on how long and how effectively its preponderance on the Eurasian continent is sustained.

Eurasia’ is the globe’s largest continent and is geopolitically axial. A power that dominates Eurasia would control two of the world’s most advanced and economically productive regions. A mere glance at the map also suggests that control over Eurasia would almost automatically entail Africa’s subordination, rendering the Western Hemisphere and Oceania geopolitically peripheral to the world’s central continent. Eurasia accounts for 60% of the world’s GNP and 75% of the world’s known energy resources.

The most immediate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the United States from Eurasia or even to diminish significantly its decisive arbitration role.”

Preventing just such a combination of states from expelling the US from Eurasia was a strategic priority of US foreign and military policy since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990. It took many different guises to achieve that aim of divide and rule. Washington wooed the Eastern European countries into NATO, feeding tension between those states and Europe. They seduced oil-rich Central Asian countries by bringing in major US and British oil companies and offering a share in the oil riches that could flow if they were to distance themselves from their former Soviet masters and join the Anglo-American oil economy. Tension between Moscow and its former satellites was central to US strategy after 1990.

The CIA also used narcotics trafficking to weaken the societies of Eurasia. The opium from Afghanistan found its way, under US military protection, into Russia, Iran and other Central Asian countries, creating major social unrest. That was a vital part of Washington’s divide and rule strategy to prevent the rise of a coherent, prosperous Russia.
But by far the most effective of the various methods to sow division and conflict in the Eurasian space was the weaponizing of religion, using the little-understood deployment by the Pentagon of techniques of irregular warfare in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere. Taking a term from Sir Halford Mackinder the British founder of the theory of geopolitics, the Pentagon declared, in 2009, that “Central Asia constitutes a pivotal location on the Eurasian continent between Russia, China and South Asia”. For Mackinder a geopolitical pivot was a unique strategic land base enabling a power to control vast regions.

Russia, China and the Central Asian nations were rattled by these American attempts to destabilize them. In 1995, at the initiative of Russian leader Boris Yeltsin, five of these countries got together and formed the “Shanghai 5”, a loose union to combat the US. Further meetings were held every year. Then, finally, in June 14-15, 2001, they formed an entity called the Shanghai Cooperative Organisation, or the SCO. The countries were Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. It was a union for economic and military cooperation. Later, combating terrorism became part of the SCO agenda. See the map.

This was the trigger for 9-11 attack, which gave the Pentagon a pretext to move into Afghanistan and Central Asia.
Within the Rockefeller family circles, the 9-11 attack was called “the Event”, and it was discussed within the family as early as January 2001, just when Bush took office. Look at the graph depicting the increased spending by the Pentagon between January and March. The US WAS PREPARING FOR WAR, a full 8 months before 9-11! The January 2001 budget was about $900 m, February was $700 m, and in March it jumped to $5.8 billion! And it continued to grow thereafter.

In regards to the actual attack itself, it was conducted by the CIA. Three separate CIA teams were used to plant explosives in each of the 3 buildings. A 62 year old CIA agent, Malcolm Howard, who worked for the CIA for 21 years as an operative, was in charge of a 4-man team responsible for planting explosives in Building no 7. The very same building that collapsed without a plane crashing into it! This CIA operation was dubbed “New Century”.

Explaining how the building was brought down. Mr Howard says, “ It was a classic controlled demolition with explosives. We used super-fine military grade Nano thermite composite materials as explosives. The hard part was getting tons of explosives , fuses and ignition mechanisms into the building without causing too much concern. But almost every single office in Building 7 was rented by the CIA, the Secret Service, or the military, which made it easier.”

Mr Howard explains that the WTC 7 was “loaded with explosives in strategic in the month leading to September 11. While the North and South towers burned, fuses were ignited in WTC 7, and Nano thermite explosions hollowed out the building, destroying the steel structure, removing the reinforcements, and allowing the office fires to tear through the building, hollowing it out like a shell.

“Everything went exactly to plan. We were celebrating. We kept watching replays of the demolition, and we had whiskey and cigars.”

The Turkmenistan-Afghanistan Gas Pipeline

In October 1995, Turkmenistan signed an agreement with a Rockefeller oil company, Unocal to build a 1,600 kms pipeline running from the Daulatabad gas field through to Pakistan, via Afghanistan. This pipeline would then be extended through to India to power a gas-powered electricity-generating plant, situated at Dabhol, on India’s west coast. This power station was owned by another Rockefeller Group company, the infamous Enron.

Washington needed a stable, single government in Afghanistan, and thus, the Taliban were assisted by both the US and Pakistan to complete their conquest and takeover of Afghanistan. The Taliban began its conquest of Afghanistan not long after they rolled into Kabul in September 1996.By 2000, most of the country was under effective Taliban control. But dozens of warlords and factions – some backed by Iran, Russia and other outside powers – continued to undermine the Taliban’s rule.

Turkmenistan has the 4th largest reserves of gas in the world -3 trillion cubic meters, after Russia (48 tcm), Iran (23 tcm), and Qatar (14 trillion cubic meters). The negotiations between Unocal slowed down after the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in August 1998, and as usual, Al Qaeda was blamed. When Bush took office, in January 2001, the negotiations resumed.

Furthermore, at a conference in Berlin in July 2001, to discuss the Turkmenistan- Afghanistan pipeline deal, the US told Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Nazir Naik – who was the intermediary for the Taliban, the following message : “ Either we bury you under a carpet of gold, or under a carpet of bombs “. A distinct threat as the Taliban was not happy with the terms and conditions of the proposed gas pipeline coming from Turkmenistan to Pakistan, via Afghanistan. The Taliban turned the American offer down, and turned to the Chinese.

At the end of August, 2001, a Pentagon spokesman, Thomas White, said the 60,000 American troops, currently in Europe, would now be shifted to Asia, as America’s real threat was now coming from China! Published in only one newspaper in the world, a Pakistani paper – Dharb-I-Mumin, dated September 7, 2001! Two weeks later, the attacks in New York and Washington took place!

On September 11,2001, the same day , and at around the same time that the World Trade Center and the Pentagon buildings were hit by civilian jets, two Chinese People Liberation Army transport jets from Beijing landed in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It carried the most important delegation the ruling Taliban had ever received. They had come to sign the contract with Afghanistan that would provide the Taliban with missile-tracking, state of the art communications, and air defense systems in exchange for the Taliban’s promise to end the attacks by Muslim extremists in China’s north-western regions.

Finally, why did the Rockefeller family bring about the destruction of three buildings in the complex, World Trade Center 1 and 2 plus Building No 7? Three buildings came down through controlled-demolition methods, but only two of the buildings were hit! The answer is simple. Manhattan commercial real estate leads the entire commercial real estate in the US. Following the dot.com bubble crash in March 2001, vacancy rates began to rise in Manhattan. This threatened to bring down values of commercial property in Manhattan, and as Manhattan went, the rest of the US would follow. By removing the rentable space of these three buildings, the vacancy rate would go down fast.
Also, the World Trade Center complex was built in 1970 by the Rockefeller brothers. These two towers were nick-named “Nelson” and “David”!

Now read that quote from Brzezinski’s book again. The area from North Africa across the Middle East and through Central Asia also happened to be the strategic, economic lifeline of the only grouping of nations in a possible position to challenge America’s sole superpower status. A look at the map reveals a contiguous land area that covers well over half the world’s population. It was the world’s fastest growing economic space, with every conceivable raw material it needed to fuel that development and to create a new magnet for the world. Eurasian nations could in every sense “make it on their own”, without dependence on the West. That was highly alarming to Washington. No rival economic bloc could be allowed to challenge American domination. That was the core of US policy since 1991.

Brzezinski noted that following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the only conceivable long-term challenge to America’s sole superpower status was the possible coming together of the nations of Eurasia. That was precisely what the SCO threatened to do.

The tragic event of 9-11 took place, and a month later, American military forces were in Afghanistan, in order to threaten this alliance. It was the radical Islamic Jihadists who were the scapegoats in this move. Osama bin Laden and the Al Qaeda organization, built up by the CIA, and came in good use.

We now move onto the next section of this series, in which we explore the roots of Arab rage. The search goes back to 1881, then the First World War, to Sykes-Picot, and to the historical roots of Arab rage. It led back to Egypt in the 1920s and the creation of the Muslim Brotherhood under Hassan al Banna. It led to the evolution of that Muslim Brotherhood and their sinister alliances to various western intelligence agencies, from the British to Nazi Germany to, finally, the CIA beginning in 1957.
