For eight years, from 2014, the US has been building up a military force in eastern Ukraine. Besides shelling the citizens of Donbass, the aim was to apply pressure on Russia’s western borders, waiting for an opportunity to cause mayhem.

Observing all of this, since 2014, Putin began preparing Russia, on all fronts; military, financial, economic, counter-intelligence, in addition to strengthening regional alliances, including intervening in Syria. Then, in November, Putin issued a list of conditions to the West, regarding Ukraine. These conditions were disregarded by Washington.

In the meantime, Russian intelligence was on the ball, and Putin was informed that the Ukraine military was planning to invade the Donbass, and hoping that Putin would intervene. This Russian intervention would bring about co-ordinated Western economic and financial sanctions on Russia, with the two families hoping this would make Russia kneel, or surrender.

On the 17^th of February, the Armed Forces of Ukraine – AFU- began intense shelling of the Donbass. Then, Russian Intel received news that the AFU were planning to invade the Donbass sometime around the end of February. The straw that (nearly) broke the Bear’s back – and forced its paws to pounce – was Zelensky the Comedian, back from the Russophobia-drenched Munich Security Conference where he was hailed like a Messiah, saying that Ukraine should be nuclear-rearmed.

On February 21^st, Putin addressed the nation and the world, about the existential threat posed to Russia by the Ukrainian developments:

• “The situation continues to deteriote, including in the strategic area. Thus, positioning areas for interceptor missiles are being established in Romania and Poland as part of the US project to create a global missile defense system. It is common knowledge that the launchers deployed there can be used for offensive strike systems – – – .”
• “The information we have gives us good reason to believe that Ukraine’s accession to NATO and the subsequent deployment of NATO facilities has already been decided and is only a matter of time. We clearly understand that given this scenario, the level of military threats to Russia will increase dramatically, several times over. And I would like to emphasize at this point that the risk of a sudden strike at our country will multiply – – – – ”,
• “I will explain that American strategic planning documents confirm the possibility of a so-called preemptive strike at enemy missile systems. We also know the main adversary of the US and NATO is Russia. NATO documents officially declare our country to be the main threat to Euro-Atlantic security. Ukraine will serve as an advanced bridgehead for such a strike– – I would like people in Russia and Ukraine to understand this – – – -”
• “Many Ukrainian airfields are located not far from our borders. NATO’s tactical aviation is deployed there, including precision weapon carriers, will be capable of striking our territory to the depth Volgorad-Kazan-Samara-Astrakhan line. The deployment of recon radars on Ukrainian territory will allow NATO to tightly control Russia’s airspace up to the Urals – – – – ”

• “Finally, after the US destroyed the INF Treaty, the Pentagon has been openly developing many land-based attack weapons, including ballistic missiles that are capable of hitting targets at a distance of upto 5,500 kms. If deployed in Ukraine, such systems will be able to hit targets in Russia’s entire European part. The flying time of tomahawk cruise missiles to Moscow will be less than 35 minutes; ballistic missiles from Kharkov will take 7 to 8 minutes; and hypersonic assault weapons, 4 to 5 minutes. It is like a knife to the throat. I have no doubt that they hope to carry out these plans, as they did many times in the past, expanding NATO eastward, moving their military infrastructure to Russia’s borders, and fully ignoring our concerns, protests and warnings.”

The patient judo and chess-master, Putin then surprised the world, and moved like lightening. At the end of the speech,  Putin concluded – “we cannot retreat anymore”.

The Munich Effect

As for Kiev disintegration, that’s directly linked to Moscow demanding the immediate stop of the mini-blitzkrieg against Donbass, otherwise they will bear full responsibility. Yes, regime stalwarts will be hunted and punished – complete with a possible War Crimes Tribunal. No wonder all sorts of oligarchic/political rats, big and small, are scurrying away, to Lviv, Poland and the UK.

The intervention of all 12 members at the Security Council session, combined with Putin’s address to the nation was the stuff of gripping geopolitical drama. Putin’s body language and the look in his eyes testified to the immense gravity of the moment – and it all came to the forefront when he embarked in a concise history lesson spanning a century. Barely containing his anger at the countless ways Russia has been vilified by the West, and taking no prisoners when referring to communism, what mostly stood out was the clear-cut rendition of the insurmountable antagonism between the Anglo-American islands and the civilizational Heartland – or the clash between maritime powers and land powers. That Eurasia classic was the bulk of his exposition: the recognition of the baby twins took less than three minutes.

The Munich Security Conference, held every February, had made it all so explicit. Munich, as terrifying as it was in terms of a congregation of headless chickens posing as eagles, at least confirmed everything is in the open.

The enemy is Russia. NATO infinite expansion – to outer space – is against Russia. And then we had a parade of add-on threats: no disarmament in Eastern Europe, cutting off the Russian economy from the EU, end of Nord Stream 2, Ukraine in NATO, world order built on “universal liberal values”. Munich spelled out No Compromise Whatsoever – which was exactly what Putin, Lavrov, Patrushev and co. expected, the warmongering rhetoric burying any meaningful discussion of migration, inflation, cyber wars, the European energy crisis and, of course, the only thing that matters for the MICIMATT (military-industrial-congressional-intelligence-media-academia-think tank complex, as defined by Ray McGovern): let’s milk this Euro-trash lot for untold billions in new contracts, let’s isolate Russia, let’s destroy Nord Stream 2 to sell them our ultra-expensive LNG, let’s keep them on a leash – forever.

So actually it’s not even war against Russia: the $30 trillion-indebted Empire with a woke military attached simply could not afford it. Not to mention the certified freak out in case they receive a phone call from Mr. Khinzal and Mr. Zircon: cue to the spectacular Russian display of “military and technical” superiority, hypersonic and otherwise – staged, irony of ironies, in synch with the circus in Munich. The rabid Munich “No Compromise” show; the imperially-ordered Ukro crypto-blitzkrieg against Donbass; and the role of the US Lack of Intelligence Community – altogether sealed the deal for the Security Council deliberations and Putin’s decision. 

Considering the ideological stupidity of the current Brussels gang – Stoltenberg, von der Leyen, Borrell –, incapable of understanding even basic economics, the fact remains that the EU without Russian energy is doomed: Russia can afford the break up with Europe. Europe cannot. The US just wants to collect. And we’re not even talking about the dire, incoming ramifications of the systemic crisis across NATO. Even as Moscow plays a very long, calculated game, as it stands that does not necessarily mean that Russia will be “winning” the baby twins while “losing” Europe. Russia’s strategic swing repeatedly baffles the Atlanticist combo. The US lack of intelligence community was predicting a Russian “aggression” every other day – and still is. Instead they got the baby twins as the latest independent republics of the Global South.

Even before Munich, and the recognition of the baby twins, Moscow had again warned it may respond with “military and technical measures” to ensure its own security after the US and NATO blatantly ignored key points from its proposal for a long-term European security architecture, and instead “cherry-picked” issues from a package deal. Moscow will not let the Americans run away from the by now notorious 10-page Russian response. Putin, addressing the Stavka, had already warned “we are in a situation (…) where we are forced to resolve it.”

Enter, once again, the “military-technical measures” that will be “reciprocal” (Putin) to what US and NATO are already deploying against Russia. They won’t necessarily be implemented in the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov, in the airspace above Donbass, even in cyberspace. It could be anywhere – from the Syrian theater to Latin America. Russia, this past weekend, has staged a spectacular strategic missile display, hypersonic and otherwise, featuring Khinzal, Zircon, Kalibr, Yars ICBMs, Iskander and Sineva – irony of ironies, in synch with the Russophobia-fest in Munich. In parallel, Russian Navy ships of the Pacific, Northern and Black Sea fleets performed a series of submarine search drills in the Mediterranean.

The Putin doctrine privileges the asymmetrical – and that applies to the near abroad and beyond. Putin’s body language, in his last two crucial interventions, spell out nearly maximum exasperation. As in realizing, not auspiciously, but rather in resignation, that the only language those neo-con and “humanitarian” imperialist psychos in the Beltway understand is physical violence (they are definitely deaf, dumb and blind to History, Geography and Diplomacy, for that matter. No to mention they never accepted their defeat in Syria). This is what happens when a bunch of ragged hyenas, jackals and tiny rodents poke The Bear: a new geopolitical order is born in breathtaking speed.

From a dramatic meeting of the Russian Security Council to a history lesson delivered by President Putin and the subsequent birth of the Baby Twins – the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk – all the way to their appeal to President Putin to intervene militarily to expel the NATO-backed Ukrainian bombing-and-shelling forces from Donbass, it was a seamless process. First came the recognition of the Baby Twins – Putin’s most important foreign policy decision since going to Syria in 2015. That was the preamble for the next game-changer: a “special military operation “(SMO) aimed at demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine”, as Putin defined it. Up to the last minute, the Kremlin was trying to rely on diplomacy, explaining to Kiev the necessary imperatives to prevent war: recognition of Crimea as Russian; abandon any plans to join NATO; negotiate directly with the Baby Twins – an anathema for the Americans since 2015; finally, demilitarize and declare Ukraine as neutral. Kiev’s handlers, predictably, would never accept the package – as they didn’t accept the Master Package that really matters: the Russian demand for “indivisible security”. The sequence, then, became inevitable. In a flash, all Ukrainian forces between the so-called line of contact and the original borders of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts were boxed in as the occupying force of territories of two Russian allies that Moscow had just sworn to protect.

So it was Get Out – Or Else. “Or else” came as rolling thunder: the Kremlin and the Russian Ministry of Defense were not bluffing. Timed to the end of Putin’s speech announcing the operation, the Russians decapitated with precision missiles everything that mattered in terms of the Ukrainian military in just one hour: Air Force, Navy, airfields, bridges, command and control centers, and the whole Turkish Bayraktar drone fleet.  And it was not only Russian raw power. It was the artillery of one of the Baby Twins, the DPR that hit the HQ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass, which actually housed the entire Ukrainian military command. This means that the Ukrainian General Staff instantly lost control of all its troops. The political-military leadership in Kiev did not even have time to declare war. They froze. Demoralized troops started deserting. Total defeat – in one hour. The water supply to Crimea was instantly re-established. Humanitarian corridors were set up for the deserters.

Predictably, Western corporate media has already gone totally berserk branding it as the much-awaited Russian “invasion. A reminder: when Israel routinely bombs Syria and when the House of One Saudi routinely bombs Yemeni civilians, there is never any peep in NATO media.

We could soon witness the birth of an independent Novorossiya – east of the Dnieper, south along Sea of Azov/Black Sea, the way it was when attached to Ukraine by Lenin in 1922. But now totally aligned with Russia, and providing a land bridge to Transnistria. Ukraine, of course, would lose any access to the Black Sea. History loves playing tricks: what was a “gift” to Ukraine in 1922 may become a parting gift a hundred years later.

Putin said the Russian SMO in Ukraine was moving according “to plan”, and there is no need to move any faster. Putin is playing his cards very close to his chest. Just one example will suffice: The 40-km long Russian military convoy to Kiev was slow, and at times, stopped. Many western analysts started mocking the efficiency of Russia’s military forces. Then, after 3 weeks, the convoy then split up into two- with the larger part heading to the Donbass, and the smaller part continuing to Kiev.  Putin played a brilliant move on this. The 40-km long military convoy was a feint by Putin, with the aim of tying down a large part of the AFU- which would otherwise have rushed reinforcements to the Donbass! By the time the Pentagon realized this, it was much too late, as the bulk of the AFU were now surrounded and trapped in Kiev.

Putin’s initial aims were being achieved – the takeover of the southern coastal strip, including Mariupol; the slow encirclement of the AFU forces in the Donbass; the ongoing destruction of the air force, and AFU air defenses; and finally the non-stop destruction of AFU infrastructure, ammo, fuel depots, communications systems AND PERSONELL.  

They are as inconsequential in the Black Sea as in the East Med – as the Empire remains quite vulnerable in Syria. NB. Follow this man carefully. If anything were to happen to Putin, this man Sergei Naryshkin is the heir apparent – very brilliant and ruthless and just what Russia needs.

Sergei Naryshkin, the chief of Russia’s foreign intelligence agency (equivalent to MI6 or the CIA) stated;

“Russia’s special military operation was a real moment of truth for the Russian world, which is determined to defend the right to its own identity in the face of aggressive globalism, embodied in US hegemony, NATO’s expansion, the policy of interventionism and LGBT propaganda In fact; the issue of the day is the architecture of the whole world order. Guessing its shape in the current situation is very hard, but it can be stated with certainty that there will be no return to the past. The attacks on the Russian Federation, Russian people, Russian culture, and the Russian internet have a geopolitical origin. They have no use- simply no use- for a strong and sovereign Russia, and they will not forgive us our independent policy or for standing up for our national interests- – – “

And he continues; “Their intention is to eliminate two nations – Russia and China – and this means nuclear weapons.. London and Washington are threatening world war. The reason? The western financial system is broken. Their debts are worthless. And the only solution for this thing was to have war.”

In closing he said – – “I believe that the fierce resistance indicates something more than the future of the current regime in Kiev is at stake.

Putin alluded to this, when he said that this war is not “just liberating the Donbass, and eliminating the Nazis and extremists from Ukraine, but there are bigger and more important issues to sort out.”

This is what has given Jacob and David Rothschild, along with David Rockefeller in New York a serious case of running stomach. For, they know what precisely Putin meant when he said that. In fact, Putin did mention that he “is coming for you. Not many could understand this cryptic statement, but now you know. Surprise! That’s what strategic ambivalence, ambiguity, – swing is all about. You don’t believe in the principle of indivisible security? Fine – Now we dictate the security rhythm. You’re not gonna stop deploying nuclear weapons outside your territory? Fine – Here’s some reciprocity. You’re not gonna accept legally binding guarantees of our security? Fine – Meet our “military-technical” measures.

Now dance, suckers.

Connecting the Dots to the Shanghai Lockdown

The Pentagon and DARPA have been experimenting on bio-warfare projects for decades.  For reasons of secrecy, and denial, a great many of these labs are located in various countries. One such country is Ukraine. In addition, it is a known fact that there are multiple bio-warfare labs in both Georgia and Ukraine. Run by the Pentagon and DARPA, one of their aims is to map out the Slavic DNA. Then weaponise it, so that it kills only Slavs- and all Russians are slaves. Then infect the Russian population by various means. The Rockefeller Empire will use any means to achieve the takeover of Russia.

While almost the entire world is criticizing China and accusing her of human rights abuses for locking down all of 26 million Shanghai citizens, when only some 26,000 positive-tested “Covid-19” cases were detected. This latest COVID outbreak in China is NOT AN ACCIDENT. Knowing full well how close China and Russia are, the aim of the Rockefeller Empire was to send a message to Xi Jinping. Message received loud and clear: – The COVID outbreak in Shanghai -the financial center of China. Within two weeks of the outbreak of war in Ukraine, China locks down Beijing, in a bid to prevent the spread of the disease. What is remarkable is that all of the “cases” were people with the Chinese genome. In other words, the virus attacked specifically the “Chinese race”, i.e. it was tailor-made to target China and her citizens. In 1999 and 2000, the Chinese government detected hundreds of western “scientists”, typically from Harvard and other western institutes, collecting DNA samples from people in rural China, mostly in the north western provinces of China. These “scientists” hired Chinese citizens to help them collect blood samples in isolated regions for pay. The westerners were, of course expelled, once detected. However – too late. They had already smuggled out of China thousands of DNA samples taken from native Chinese. These samples would later serve to design a special corona virus targeting the Chinese genome. The resulting 2002-2004 SARS outbreak in China was a trial – for worse to come. As the Chinese authorities were well aware of the genetically targeted virus, they were alert when SARS-Cov-2 hit Wuhan in early 2020. Their reaction was logical, immediate and severe. They locked down not only Wuhan (pop. 11 million) at once, but a large portion – some 50 million people – of Hubei Province, of which Wuhan is the capital. Subsequently more areas within China, where SARS-Cov-2 was detected, were locked down. It meant the beginning of zero-tolerance for what later was conveniently renamed by WHO as Covid-19.

Knowing the background of genetic- or race-designed viruses, China’s reaction to protect her citizens was logical and immediate. In fact, with this policy China mastered the disease largely within about six to eight months. During those harsh lockdowns, some 80% of the Chinese industrial complex was paralyzed. But by the end of 2020 most of the Chinese production apparatus, factories, shipping lines, agricultural production were humming again – and back on stream. This is among the main reasons why the Chinese economic growth hardly suffered during this new covid.

Now comes the Ukraine war with Russia, of which NATO expansion is just one reason. This is not justifying a war by any means, but partially explaining Russia’s reaction. However, possibly an even more important reason than the NATO threat for President Putin’s intervention in Ukraine are the 20 to 30 war-type (grade 3) US-funded bio-labs in Ukraine. They were built during the past 20-some years, most of them after the western-instigated Maidan Coup in February 2014 which led to the current state of affairs with Ukraine, and between Ukraine and Russia. For reasons of national security, Russia has to control and possibly destroy these deadly labs. To do so, an intervention was necessary.

These Grade-3 war-type bio-labs are capable of producing genome-specific viruses that can be directed to attack different Russian genomes and Chinese-DNA people, as well as others, if programmed accordingly. Numerous such tests of tailor-made viruses have been carried out during the last two to three decades. Not least the Ebola Outbreak in West Africa (2014-2016).  And who would be the prime targets of such viruses? – China and Russia? While there is no concrete evidence of a biological attack, perhaps China’s full lock-down of Shanghai is now better understood. Our next article is called SANCTIONS & FINANCIAL WAR.
