The SCO is Conceived
The first target for the two families was Russia- to deconstruct and break into several parts. In this way, control of oil and gas flows will be under Anglo-American control.
In 1994, a new pipeline was proposed that would eventually become the TBC pipeline. This was achieved after the two families managed to sign the “deal of the century” when BP signed a deal with Azerbaijan over a massive oil deal. The next problem was to build a pipeline independent of Russia, thus necessitating an alternative route. To achieve this purpose, the CIA/MI6/ Mossad, were set loose to ignite the first Chechen War in 1994/95. This gave an opportunity to BP and Exxon to tell the Russians that- transporting oil through Chechnya was not possible. And so, the alternative route was agreed upon. Russia s too weak to contest this decision. Ultimately, this aim was achieved, and the BTC pipeline was completed and started pumping oil in 2001.
The Second Phase (2002-2022):
The SCO Forms
On June 15, 2001, the Presidents of six Eurasian nations held the founding summit of the SHANGHAI COOPERATION ORGANIZATION, in Shanghai. This summit meeting was a turning point in Eurasian and world affairs, and has far-reaching potential, in the coming period, to shift the global strategic situation. The six leaders are Putin (Russia), Jiang Zemin (China),Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakstan), Askar Akayev (Kyrgystan), Emomli Rakhmonov (Tajikistan), and Uzbekistan’s Islam Karimov.
These six leaders focused on three issues: their nation’s security and territorial integrity; and economic cooperation. Since 1996, the original “Shanghai 5” nations, now joined by Uzbekistan, have moved rapidly forward, and are well aware of their real, and potential, political and economic capabilities.
Since the end of the Soviet Union, Russia has undergone an economic debacle. China, still a developing nation, must develop economic security for the world’s largest population, 1.26 billion people. The Central Asian republics are poor, isolated, and face dangerous insurgencies in the region, supported by the intelligence agencies of Britain, Israel and the US. Lack of development of vital resources, especially water and transport, is putting serious constraints on all the nations of the SCO. Yet, at the same time, their potential is incalculable. All of this is making London and New York extremely nervous. They just cannot allow a development as the above to proceed. It would prove fatal to their plans. We shall see just how the two networks plan to topple this emerging Eurasian economic development.
Do note that this program was started by China in 1993. It gained momentum when Russian leader Boris Yeltsin went to China in early 1995, and appealed for help, in the immediate aftermath of the Chechnya fiasco. Thus, the first meeting took place in 1996. Yearly meetings followed. When the US bombed the Chinese embassy in Belgrade in 1999, it gained an added urgency. This bombing occurred when NATO bombed Serbia in order to extract Kosovo. The US claimed it was mistakenly bombed. Five missiles were fired at the embassy. No one bought this story.
The current US strategy targets many Eurasian former Soviet republics which have no known oil or gas reserves. What they do have is strategic, military or geopolitical significance for the US policy of dominating Eurasia.
The policy has China as its geopolitical, economic and military fulcrum. A look at the Eurasian map and at the target countries for various US-sponsored Color revolutions makes this clear. To the east of the Caspian Sea, the US in one degree or another today controls Pakistan, Afghanistan and has influence in the other “stans”. These serve as a potential US-controlled barrier or buffer zone between China and Russian, Caspian and Iranian energy sources. Washington is out to deny China easy land access to either Russia, the Middle East or to the oil and gas fields of the Caspian region.
The one power in Eurasia that has the potential to create a strategic combination which could checkmate US global domination is China. However, China has an Achilles Heel, which the US understands all too well – oil. In November 1993, China became a net importer of oil. Today China is the largest importer in the world. China is feverishly been trying to secure long-term oil and gas supplies, especially since the Iraq war made clear to China that the US was out to control and militarise most of the world’s oil and gas sources.
A close look at the map of Eurasia begins to suggest what is so vital here for China, and therefore for America’s future domination of Eurasia. The goal is not only strategic encirclement of Russia through a series of NATO bases from Camp Bondsteel in Kosova to Poland, to Georgia, and Ukraine, which would enable NATO to control energy ties between Russia and the EU.
Washington policy now encompasses a series of soft coup projects which would strategically cut China off from access to the vital energy resources of the Caspian, including Kazakhstan. The earlier Asian Great Silk Route trade routes went through Tashkent in Uzbekistan and Almaty in Kazakhstan for geographically obvious reasons, in a region surrounded by major mountain ranges. Geopolitical control of Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan, Kazakhstan would enable control of any potential pipeline routes between China and Central Asia just as the encirclement of Russia controls pipeline and other ties between it and Western Europe, China, India and the Mideast.
In conclusion, we find an ongoing policy by America to contain oil-rich Iran and Russia, and to be in a position to control the supply of oil going from these two nations to America’s economic rivals – Europe and China.
As the US War on Terror evolved over more than a decade after 9-11, it became more and more apparent that its main goal was not merely to control the oil of the Middle East, but it was ultimately to contain the threat of a rising Eurasian economic challenge to America’s declining power, a challenge which combined the economic colossus of an emerging China with the nuclear deterrence of Russia.
The Rockefeller Network of Power, or New York for short, determined to increasingly cultivate political Islam as a weapon to weaken the emergence of an independent, self-sufficient China, a resource –rich Russia, and potentially much of the EU, especially Germany. With America’s global role in existential danger, Washington used its influence over various Islamic Jihadist groups to try to drive new wars and unrest globally. After 9-11, the Rockefellers had decided to launch a new crusade, in effect, an American Jihad in a determined bid to hold that global domination.
This new WOT (War on Terror), would be used to terrorize all of mankind. For the power elite, it was not about religion. It was about who had the power to destroy the entire world, and to destroy intelligent, moral thinking human beings and their civilized cultures. This power elite saw their power threatened as never before. Their arch enemy was the growing population of intelligent, thinking human beings, whose numbers began to increase dramatically. These elite saw the masses unified in putting forward demands for more participation in government, more democracy, and better education for their children, higher wages and better conditions. Pitted against this was a regrouping of the reactionary forces based on European royalty and international financiers, along with the American power elite, headed by the Rockefeller family, and a largely illiterate peasantry as “cannon fodder” controlled by these power elite. Intelligent, thinking human beings in dramatically increasing numbers were the mortal enemies of their continued power, a power based on maintaining the vast majority of the population in a state of superstition, fear and ignorance.
As a totality, mankind at the onset of the 21st century, most recently the populations of the developing world in Africa, South America, the Arab world, and Asia, had become vastly more intelligent. That meant that ordinary people would be less vulnerable to their tricks, their magic, their manipulations, and above all, their control. In the centuries from the Great Crusades to the Industrial Revolution, those tricks, illusions, and manipulations of superstitions had enabled a tiny elite to subjugate the majority of mankind, to keep them in darkness, ignorance – basically, in a state of stupidity. For those malevolent power elite, their goal was now to reintroduce a new age of darkness, superstition, fear, hate, death, and destruction. Religion was to be twisted to serve that goal. This was not owing to the stupidity of Washington planners. It was a central part of a strategy of wars of religion against religion. And as history has demonstrated time and again, religious wars were the most devastating form of war since time immemorial.
“The most immediate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the United States from Eurasia or even to diminish significantly its decisive arbitration role.” Preventing just such a combination of states from expelling the US from Eurasia was a strategic priority of US foreign and military policy since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990. It took many different guises to achieve that aim of divide and rule. Washington wooed the Eastern European countries into NATO, feeding tension between those states and Europe. They seduced oil-rich Central Asian countries by bringing in major US and British oil companies and offering a share in the oil riches that could flow if they were to distance themselves from their former Soviet masters and join the Anglo-American oil economy. Tension between Moscow and its former satellites was central to US strategy after 1990.
The CIA also used narcotics trafficking to weaken the societies of Eurasia. The opium from Afghanistan found its way, under US military protection, into Russia, Iran and other Central Asian countries, creating major social unrest. That was a vital part of Washington’s divide and rule strategy to prevent the rise of a coherent, prosperous Russia.
But by far the most effective of the various methods to sow division and conflict in the Eurasian space was the weaponizing of religion, using the little-understood deployment by the Pentagon of techniques of irregular warfare in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere. Taking a term from Sir Halford Mackinder the British founder of the theory of geopolitics, the Pentagon declared, in 2009, that “Central Asia constitutes a pivotal location on the Eurasian continent between Russia, China and South Asia”. For Mackinder a geopolitical pivot was a unique strategic land base enabling a power to control vast regions.
Background to 9/11
In order to understand why the attacks of September 11(2001), in New York, took place, we will have to do some background. And it all has to do with the quest for American dominance of Eurasia. Russia, China and the Central Asian nations were rattled by these American attempts to destabilize them.
In September 1994, BP did a deal with Azerbaijan to develop 3 oil fields, calling it “the Deal of the Century”. The next problem related to this was to transport this oil to the West. Two options existed: – south to Iran, then to the Persian Gulf ports. The second option was to route this oil northwards via Russia. Both options did not suit the Rockefeller Empire.
Then, a 3rd option presented itself- to build a pipeline west to a port on Turkey’s Mediterranean Sea. But, they had to convince Russia that routing the pipeline north was not viable. To make this credible, the CIA/MI6/Mossad combo ignited a war in Chechnya, from December to March 1995. The oil companies told Moscow that the “northern route” was not feasible anymore. This excuse allowed them to build the Baku-Tiblisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline. Built and started pumping oil by late 2001. Russian President Boris Yeltsin (although a vassal of the two families) was still a nationalist at heart. Worried that this Chechen move by the two families was only the start (this was while the dismemberment of Yugoslavia was ongoing) of the de-construction of Russia. To avoid this, Yeltsin went to China, and spoke to the leadership; they both agreed it was time to form a security agreement to protect their countries.
In 1995, at the initiative of Russian leader Boris Yeltsin, five of these countries got together and formed the “Shanghai 5”, a loose union to combat the US. Further meetings were held every year. Then, finally, in June 14-15, 2001, they formed an entity called the Shanghai Cooperative Organisation, or the SCO. The countries were Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. It was a union for economic and military cooperation. Later, combating terrorism became part of the SCO agenda. See map below.
This was the trigger for 9-11 attack, which gave the Pentagon a pretext to move into Afghanistan and Central Asia. “It is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges capable of dominating Eurasia and thus of also challenging America —the most immediate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the United States from Eurasia or even to diminish significantly its decisive arbitration role.” “To put it in a terminology that hearkens back to the more brutal age of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together.“
Within the Rockefeller family circles, the 9-11 attack was called “the Event”, and it was discussed within the family as early as January 2001, just when Bush took office. Look at the graph depicting the increased spending by the Pentagon between January and March. The US WAS PREPARING FOR WAR, a full 8 months before 9-11! The January 2001 budget was about $900 m, February was $700 m, and in March it jumped to $5.8 billion! And it continued to grow thereafter. All told, the Pentagon’s budget for hardware went up by around 30 %. What the Pentagon would normally spend on ships and tanks in one year for hardware, it was beginning to spend in one month. Nearly $25 billion of a jump in Defense Department spending went for hardware purchases.
In regards to the actual attack itself, it was conducted by the CIA. Three separate CIA teams were used to plant explosives in each of the 3 buildings. A 62 year old CIA agent, Malcolm Howard, who worked for the CIA for 21 years as an operative, was in charge of a 4-man team responsible for planting explosives in Building no 7. The very same building that collapsed without a plane crashing into it! This CIA operation was dubbed “New Century”. Explaining how the building was brought down. Mr Howard says, “It was a classic controlled demolition with explosives. We used super-fine military grade Nano thermite composite materials as explosives. The hard part was getting tons of explosives, fuses and ignition mechanisms into the building without causing too much concern. But almost every single office in Building 7 was rented by the CIA, the Secret Service, or the military, which made it easier.”
Mr Howard explains that the WTC 7 was “loaded with explosives in strategic in the month leading to September 11. While the North and South towers burned, fuses were ignited in WTC 7, and Nano thermite explosions hollowed out the building, destroying the steel structure, removing the reinforcements, and allowing the office fires to tear through the building, hollowing it out like a shell.
“Everything went exactly to plan. We were celebrating. We kept watching replays of the demolition, and we had whiskey and cigars.”
Besides creating a shock effect, the taking down of the World Trade Center also eliminated an occupancy problem for the Rockefeller Empire. Remember, that the “dot-com” bubble burst in March 2000. These IT/tech firms occupied much office space in Manhattan. As the property market goes in Manhattan, so goes the rest of the property market in the US. The dot-com bubble had a negative cascading effect on the stock markets and the internal economy of the US. High vacancy rates in Manhattan office space was bringing down property values. If not checked, the decline in such values would have a negative effect on the mortgage holders, besides impacting ban earnings. Rockefeller thinking was that there was a need to eliminate “surplus” office space in Manhattan. The 9/11 attacks solved this problem for the family. The office space of 3 whole buildings was eliminated. Firms were forced to re-locate to other buildings, such that by 2002. There was a “shortage” of office space in New York. Property values held up.
When the World Trade Center was completed in 1973, wags nick named the two buildings as “Nelson” and “David”. This was so as bigger brother was the Governor of New York State, while younger brother David (whose idea it originally was) was the financier of the project, through their various banks – Chase Manhattan, Citicorp, American Express, etc.
The Turkmenistan-Afghanistan Gas Pipeline
In October 1995, Turkmenistan signed an agreement with a Rockefeller oil company, Unocal to build a 1,600 kms pipeline running from the Daulatabad gas field through to Pakistan, via Afghanistan. This pipeline would then be extended through to India to power a gas-powered electricity-generating plant, situated at Dabhol, on India’s west coast. This power station was owned by another Rockefeller Group company, the infamous Enron.
Washington needed a stable, single government in Afghanistan, and thus, the Taliban were assisted by both the US and Pakistan to complete their conquest and takeover of Afghanistan. The Taliban began its conquest of Afghanistan not long after they rolled into Kabul in September 1996. By 2000, most of the country was under effective Taliban control. But dozens of warlords and factions – some backed by Iran, Russia and other outside powers – continued to undermine the Taliban’s rule.
Turkmenistan has the 4th largest reserves of gas in the world -3 trillion cubic meters, after Russia (48 tcm), Iran (23 tcm), and Qatar (14 trillion cubic meters) –at that time. The negotiations between Unocal slowed down after the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in August 1998, and as usual, Al Qaeda was blamed. When Bush took office, in January 2001, the negotiations resumed.
Furthermore, at a conference in Berlin in July 2001, to discuss the Turkmenistan- Afghanistan pipeline deal, the US told Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Nazir Naik – who was the intermediary for the Taliban, the following message : “ Either we bury you under a carpet of gold, or under a carpet of bombs “.A distinct threat as the Taliban was not happy with the terms and conditions of the proposed gas pipeline coming from Turkmenistan to Pakistan, via Afghanistan. The Taliban turned the American offer down, and turned to the Chinese.
At the end of August, 2001, a Pentagon spokesman, Thomas White, said the 60,000 American troops, currently in Europe, would now be shifted to Asia, as America’s real threat was now coming from China! Published in only one newspaper in the world, a Pakistani paper – Dharb-I-Mumin, dated September 7, 2001! Four days later, the attacks in New York and Washington took place!
On September 11,2001, the same day , and at around the same time that the World Trade Center and the Pentagon buildings were hit by civilian jets, two Chinese People Liberation Army transport jets from Beijing landed in Kandahar, Afghanistan. It carried the most important delegation the ruling Taliban had ever received. They had come to sign the contract with Afghanistan that would provide the Taliban with missile-tracking, state of the art communications, and air defense systems in exchange for the Taliban’s promise to end the attacks by Muslim extremists in China’s north-western regions. By early October, the US military was invading Afghanistan. The aim was to prevent China reaching the oil rich areas of Central Asia and the Middle East. For Russia, the US presence in Afghanistan was to block its possible break-out to the warm water ports of the Indian Ocean. There was no better platform for achieving this than Afghanistan.
How ironic that when the Shanghai 5 formed the SCO in June 2001, this triggered the American intervention in Afghanistan. Fast forward 21 years later. This time is now one year after the humiliating withdrawal of America from Afghanistan. And the SCO has become a magnet for most of the East and Middle Eurasian countries, as witnessed from the fabulous success of the SCO summit in Samarkand. In short, the removal of American military power has helped to unite Eurasia more than what the Americans would have wanted. This, no doubt, has turned out to be AMERICA’s WORST NIGHTMARE!
A side point – we quote David Rockefeller’s advisor once again:
“Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat–The public supported America’s engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.”
The next step for the Rockefeller Empire was to CONVINCE the American public about the move to invade America. And that could only be affected through a huge shock effect. And so, we had the events of 9/11. The media played a big role in demonizing Osama bin Laden as the culprit. They now had a justification; and the rest is history.
And immediately after the incident, Washington began passing laws to turn the US into a police state. It passed the Patriot Act, which increased the use of the state’s policing powers, thus, reducing the democratic freedoms enjoyed by the citizens up-to that point. As Brzezinski says,: “America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad.”
This was the first step. What followed over the next decade was the increase in technology, which, in turn, gave rise to the social media phenomenon. And let’s go back to old Zbig, and let’s see what he had to “advise” his boss, David, (remember, these are from 1970 – at the dawn of the computer age!:
“The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities. ”
“Another threat, less overt but no less basic, confronts liberal democracy. More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific knowhow. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits.
It will become possible to exert a practically permanent watch on each citizen of the world. Technology will make available to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised…..techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm. The Technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more CONTROLLED society. Such a society would be dominated by ELITE, unrestrained by traditional values.
… Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the steppingstones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society.”― Zbigniew Brzezinski, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era 1970.
We know what happened with the unleashing of Covid by the Rockefeller Empire. The next logical step was to herd mankind into an electronic prison camp. All of humanity should be thankful for Putin, who has stopped their diabolical plan, with the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Suddenly, these 2 families had more super-urgent matters to deal with than creating this electronic prison camp. The war in Ukraine killed Covid, and also the nonsense that went with it, such as a digital passport, digital money, and the 2030 Great Reset Agenda. Putin has cornered them, and these two families are now trying everything to save their global empires. Good luck with that!
Full Spectrum Domination
The Pentagon’s Full Spectrum Domination was to aim for full control over land, sea, air, space and cyber-space-globally. The control of oil and gas resources by the oil companies of the two families – Exxon, Chevron, BP and Shell, was the cornerstone of their global strategy. It was clear to them that in order to control those global oil and gas flows, the US needed to project its military power far more aggressively , to achieve a total military supremacy , which is what Full Spectrum Dominance was actually about.
The military occupation of Iraq was the first major step in this US strategy to move oil into their hands.
While ultimate US military control over the energy resources of the Persian Gulf, was necessary to the Pentagons agenda, it was not enough. So long as Russia remained an independent nation, US control of Eurasia would remain impossible. Ultimate dismemberment or de-construction of Russia’s nuclear arsenal and control of Russia’s vast oil and gas resources remained the strategic priority of the Rockefeller Empire.
Beginning in the mid-1990s Washington initiated a process of bringing former Soviet satellite states into NATO and the EU. The spread of NATO to the borders of Russia was a major object of Washington. The NATO encirclement of Russia, the Color Revolutions across Eurasia and the war in Iraq, were all aspects of the same American geopolitical strategy, a grand strategy to de-construct Russia once and for all as a potential rival to a sole US Superpower hegemon. By the end of 2004 it was clear to Moscow that a new Cold War-this one over energy and unilateral nuclear primacy was looming. Putin began to make a series of defensive moves to restore some form of equilibrium in the face of America’s increasingly obvious policy of encircling and weakening Russia. Subsequent US strategic blunders made the job a bit easier for Russia. Putin’s dynamic offensive aimed at securing a more viable geopolitical position by using its energy as the lever. In terms of energy, Russia is a colossus. In terms of landmass it is the largest nation in the world. It had vast territory, vast natural resources, and the world’s largest reserves of natural gas. In addition, it was the only military and nuclear power on the face of the earth with the potential to match, even beat the US. Putin began using Russia’s energy trump card to build economic ties across Eurasia from West to east, North to South. The Rockefeller Empire was furious.
The gradual re-emergence of a dynamic Russia in the Heartland of Eurasia, one that was growing economically closer to China and to Germany, was the very development that Brzezinski had warned could mortally threaten American dominance. Ironically, Washington’s bungled invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq and its crude “War on Terror” had directly helped to bring that Eurasian cooperation about.
To achieve its Full Spectrum Domination, Washington needed not only the resources Color Revolution across Central Europe to encircle Russia. The Pentagon also needed to draw the rope tight around the emerging economic colossus –China. Fundamental US geopolitical strategy towards China never deviated from its core purpose from 1949 till the present.
Most American policy elites in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) were schooled in Mackinder’s geopolitical strategy. Post-war American policy makers were drawn from a small number of privileged families. Most of them were part of the influential circle around the Rockefeller family, especially John D 3rd, Nelson and David. It was this particular group that determined postwar foreign policy. The end goal was the maintenance of control over China over its energy development, its food security, its economic development, its defense policy- – – it’s very future.
By 2007, US control of China was becoming increasingly difficult, as the back of the US military machine was broken in Afghanistan and Iraq. Washington policy increasingly shifted to masquerading behind the issues of human rights and “democracy” as weapons of psychological and economic warfare in its ongoing attempt to contain China and its foreign policy. To accomplish their goal, the CIA turned to an arsenal of NGOs they had carefully built up, using the battle cry of “human rights “ violations and “weakening of democracy”. This approach was part of a highly effective method of “soft warfare” developed since the 1980s by the CIA to disarm and destabilize regimes it deemed ‘uncooperative”. NGOs and “foundations” would serve US strategy as a flank in its effort to bring the entire planet under its Full Spectrum Domination. Besides becoming one of the most effective weapons, it had also managed to avoid major media scrutiny in the Western media.
