TRUMP – Rockefellers New Manager

The Rockefeller family is, without doubt, the premier power family in the United States. Since 1934, they have been in a position to have effective control of the White House, the main controlling instrument of the United States Government. Whoever controls the White House controls American politics. Of the three centers of political power in America, the executive branch (the White House) dominated the other two branches of power – the legislative (Congress and the US Senate, and the Judiciary (The Supreme Court). Many of the Congress and Senate members- who serve for short terms – are bankrolled by both the families, i.e., the Rockefeller as well as the Rothschild families.

Remember, that presidents are selected, not elected. And so, since 1934, every US president has been a “Rockefeller Man “. The power of the Rockefeller family has greatly expanded since then, and to such an extent, that one can say that the American government is just one division in the vast, global empire of this family. To put into simpler terms, the President of America is the head of the management team for the family. And these “managers” have a term-limit of between 4 to 8 years. Each manager has a team, most of whom have served the Rockefeller family in its various parts of the empire. The most senior members of this team do the actual work, as well as acting in various advisory roles.

Since leaving office in 1978, Henry Kissinger has acted as a conduit between the Rockefeller brothers and the White House, acting as an “unofficial adviser “, to every President from Jimmy Carter to Trump.

Donald Trump’s father was involved in the construction business in Manhattan. Now, the Manhattan real estate market is firmly within the Rockefeller orbit. Brothers Nelson and David rule Manhattan like it is their own. So, nothing gets done in Manhattan real estate, without the consent of these two brothers.  With Nelson’s death in 1979, David has ruled the roost. And with David’s death in 2016, the Manhattan “throne” has fallen to David’s son, David Jnr.

When Trump took over the business from his father, he had to acknowledge David’s position in Manhattan real estate. Soon, with David’s’ blessing, Trump managed to put up several trophy properties in Manhattan. In 2013, David selected Trump to be his next manager (President), when Obama’s term ended. When Trump won the elections, and took office, Henry Kissinger and David Jnr chose the team to help Trump. We should not imagine for one second that the Patriarchy– old men like David Rockefeller, that they were surprised, out-foxed, and just let it happen.

The Trump Presidency has been planned in minute detail by them and their think tanks. Quite simply, had they continued the policies that Hillary Clinton represented–war and confrontation against Russia, against China, with Color Revolution destabilizations of any and all political leaders who opposed them–they saw they were losing power over huge parts of the world, essential geopolitical power.

When one country after the other comes closer in economic and political cooperation to Russia, to China and to their growing Eurasian economic cohesion around the One Bridge One Road Eurasian infrastructure great project, it was clearly time to install a Plan B President.

That Plan B is casino mogul Donald Trump.

Donald Trump was put into office to prepare America for war, a war the banks of Wall Street and the US military industrial complex are not presently in a position economically or industrially or otherwise, geopolitically, to win. His job will be to reposition the United States for them to reverse the trend to disintegration of American global hegemony.

To do that preparation, a deception strategy that will fatally weaken the developing deep bonds between Russia and China will be priority. It’s already begun. It’s classic Kissinger Balance of Power geopolitics–seem to ally with the weaker of two mortal enemies, Russia, to isolate the stronger, China. Presumably Vladimir Putin is not so naïve or stupid as to fall for it, but that is the plot of Trump’s handlers. Such a strategy of preventing the growing Russia-China cooperation was urged by Zbigniew Brzezinski in a statement a year ago.

Because he’s been selected (and not by us dear voters) to play a definite role–to shift tactics of global domination according to the basics of the 1992 Bush-Wolfowitz Doctrine–pre-empting any nation or group of nations in Eurasia from challenging American Sole Superpower hegemony–the selection of his Cabinet and key policy advisers, is vital. Here we can already see the outlines of the cast of characters who have been chosen to fill out the theater play called Trump Presidency, and the emerging new plot for reconfiguring the Sole Superpower strategy.

Rex Tillerson, former CEO of the ExxonMobil oil colossus is not Secretary of State because of his diplomatic experience. He is there because clearly the Trump Project – of those  behind Trump–ones such as  David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger and others–want a person from Big Oil guiding American foreign policy the coming four years.  But most essential, with Secretary Tillerson, the US plans a major reorganization of control over oil, reminding of the oft-cited Kissinger statement, “If you control the oil you control entire nations or groups of nations.”

The Five Qualities

Some two thousand and five hundred years ago one of my favorite strategic analysts, a Chinese general and Imperial Adviser, Sun Tzu, wrote his tiny but historic text, The Art of War. It’s used today as essential reading all over the world, including by students at the US West Point military academy, the incubator for America’s future generals. This was one book that Nelson Rockefeller carried with him at all times! In his treatise Sun Tzu describes five essential qualities needed in a successful leader, in his case, a successful general. The qualities apply to anyone in a position of leadership responsibility.

The five essential qualities include one who is both wise and possessing ability to think strategically, to respond quickly to changes, to anticipate the moves of opponents. A second essential quality of a successful leader according to Sun Tzu is a leader who is trustworthy, a person of integrity, one who stands by their word. The third essential quality of a great leader is one not often observed in the West these days, namely benevolence or simply love–the wish to treat people with respect and kindness, thereby winning the hearts of the people. Fourth of the essential great leader qualities is courage or valor, in the sense of the courage to make quick and perhaps risky decisions in difficult situations. Finally, Sun Tzu names the character quality of being disciplined, allowing no ambiguity in the chain of command of the leadership.

The Deep State exists, no question, a secret state within the state. Donald Trump is not their enemy, or he would have been shot down well before the first Republican primary. He is a creature of that Deep State. He keeps his word, but not to his voters; rather he keeps it, but to his Deep State controllers from Wall Street and the Big Oil and the Military Industrial Complex.

If we were to look at Trump through the prism of Sun Tzu’s essential five qualities of a successful true leader, it becomes clearer that Donald Trump–a casino mogul whose prior political expertise before the White Whose Oval Office, was dealing in the politics of international organized crime, of the Resorts International of the murky James Crosby, learning his business “skills” as a protege of the infamous New York mob lawyer, Roy Cohn—as a true leader of integrity, is found wanting in the essential qualities named by Sun Tzu. In other words, Trump can be easily controlled.

  The Trump Cabinet

As more and more as Cabinet choices are named, it looks like the entire Trump Presidency project is emerging as Henry A. Kissinger’s “Back Door Man”.

So far, Trump has already named more billionaires to cabinet and other top posts than any other president in US history

Then in terms of the vested special interests of Wall Street, Goldman Sachs has a huge power in the new Administration. Goldman Sachs partner Steven Mnuchin is Trump’s nominee for US Treasury Secretary. Goldman Sachs President Gary Cohn will be his top White House Economic Adviser. Anthony Scaramucci, Presidential Transition Team Executive Committee member, is a former Goldman Sachs banker as well as Steve Bannon, Trump’s chief strategist and Senior Counselor.

We add to that assemblage no fewer than four US military generals representing the most corrupt military industrial complex in world history

Add to this collection the naming of Rex Tillerson the CEO of ExxonMobil, the largest oil multinational of the United States, as Secretary of State; the ex-Governor of Texas, America’s largest oil producing state, Rick Perry, as Secretary of Energy, along with pro-shale energy Oklahoma Attorney General, Scott Pruitt to be head of the Environmental Protection Agency, and certain dramatic economic policy flips begin to emerge compared with the previous hapless Presidency.

Back Door for Kissinger Geopolitics

However, all this misses one essential component, namely the shadowy role of former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger, who is emerging as the unofficial and key foreign policy adviser of the Trump Administration. If we follow Kissinger’s tracks in recent months we find a highly interesting series of meetings.

On December 26, 2016 the German daily Bild Zeitung newspaper went on to discuss the role of 93-year-old former Secretary of State, Henry A. Kissinger as Trump’s leading, if unofficial, foreign policy adviser.  The report stated that Kissinger is drafting a plan to bring Putin’s Russia and Trump’s Washington to more “harmonious” relations that includes US official recognition of Crimea as part of Russia and lifting of US economic sanctions that Obama imposed in retribution for the Crimea annexation in 2014, among other steps.

The kicker in this otherwise sensible-sounding US policy change is Kissinger’s sly geopolitical aim in “gettin’ Putin back in the (NATO) tent.”

What is the aim of Kissinger?  Kissinger’s aim is to subtly erode the growing bilateral axis between China and Russia that threatens US global hegemony.

The trend of the last several years since Obama’s ill-fated coup d’état in Ukraine in early 2014, threatened to jeopardize Kissinger’s lifetime project, otherwise called David Rockefeller’s “march towards a World Government,” a World Government in which “supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries,” to use Rockefeller’s words to one of his select groups during the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. The Bild Zeitung Trump-Kissinger memo states that the idea of warming up to Russia is aimed at offsetting China’s military build-up, i.e. a different game from Obama’s, but a game of power nonetheless.

Real Balance of Power

Kissinger is one of the few surviving practitioners of historical British Balance of Power geopolitics. True British Balance of Power, as practiced in British military and diplomatic history since the Treaty of Windsor of 1386, between England and Portugal, always involved Britain making an alliance with the weaker of two rivals to defeat the stronger and in the process, to afterwards loot the exhausted weaker power as well. It was extraordinarily successful in building the British Empire down to World War II.

British Balance of Power is always about what power, in this case a Kissinger-steered United States, does the “balancing.” Following the defeat of Napoleon’s France at the Congress of Vienna peace talks in 1814, British Foreign Secretary, Viscount Castlereagh, architected a treaty that insured no Continental European power could dominate over the others, a strategy that lasted until 1914 and the First World War. What many political historians ignore is that that Continental Balance of Power was essential for creation of the British Empire that dominated the world as the leading naval power for a century.

That study of British Balance of Power is at the heart of Kissinger’s Machiavellian machinations ever since he took his first job with the Rockefeller family in the 1960’s. In A World Restored Kissinger states, “Diplomacy cannot be divorced from the realities of force and power.

Since his relationship began in the 1950’s with Nelson Rockefeller and the brothers Rockefeller–Laurance, David, Winthrop– Henry Kissinger has been the core strategist of the Rockefeller family’s globalization or World Government above nation states as David called it in 1991. That included Kissinger’s role with the Bilderberg Meetings, with David’s Trilateral Commission and right down to the present. It was Secretary of State Kissinger who was sent by  his boss  David Rockefeller to facilitate Nixon’s “China opening” to the West in 1971. Then the geopolitical aim of Kissinger’s rebalance was to seduce China, then the weaker of Washington’s two great adversaries, into the Western alliance against the Soviet Union, then the stronger adversary, at least in military and geopolitical terms.

Today, as the year 2017 begins, the roles have turned and clearly China has emerged after more than three decades of unbridled industrial and economic expansion, as the stronger challenger of David Rockefeller’s so-called World Government. Russia, following the economic savagery and deindustrialization of the post-1991 Yeltsin years, is in Kissinger’s view, clearly the weaker of his two adversaries. Both China and Russia under Xi Jinping and Putin, are, together with Iran, the most formidable defenders of national sovereignty–the main obstacles standing in the way of David Rockefeller’s World Government.

Kissinger’s Strange Diplomacy

If we perceive Kissinger’s recent actions from this perspective–how to break the emerging Eurasian threat to a Western-dominated One World Order–it makes much sense. He has been shockingly fulsome in his recent praise of the political neophyte casino mogul Trump. In an early December CBS TV interview, Kissinger said that Trump, “has the possibility of going down in history as a very considerable President.” He added that because of perceptions that Obama weakened America’s influence abroad, “one could imagine that something remarkable and new emerges” out of a Trump administration. “I’m saying it’s an extraordinary opportunity.”

The more we look under the rocks and at the key foreign policy choices of neophyte Trump; we find the paw prints of Henry A. Kissinger. The choice of General James “Mad Dog” Mattis to be Secretary of Defense intersects Kissinger. Mattis and Kissinger both served until early 2016 on the Board of Directors of a bizarre and very controversial California medical technology private partnership, Theranos, together with (until recently) former US Secretary of State George Shultz, former Secretary of Defense Bill Perry, retired U.S. Navy Adm. Gary Roughead, former Wells Fargo Bank chairman Dick Kovacevich.

As well, the paw prints of the sly Kissinger appear with the surprise naming of ExxonMobil head Rex Tillerson to be Secretary of State. ExxonMobil is of course the original core of the Rockefeller family wealth. Kissinger issued a decisive and strong recommendation of Tillerson, stating that because Tillerson has strong personal relations with Russian President Putin and Russian state oil company, Rosneft, it is no reason to disqualify Tillerson: “I pay no attention to the argument that he is too friendly to Russia. As head of Exxon it’s his job to get along with Russia. He would be useless as the head of Exxon if he did not have a working relationship with Russia.” As with Kissinger and Mattis, Kissinger also serves on a Board of Trustees with Tillerson. Both Tillerson and Kissinger are Trustees of the very influential Washington Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), along with such as Zbigniew Brzezinski and former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.

In true Kissinger secret diplomacy style so skillfully applied during his role in triggering the October, 1973 Yom Kippur war, Kissinger has apparently won the respect of Vladimir Putin as a “world class politician.” In February, 2016 Kissinger went to Moscow to privately meet with Putin. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called that meeting a continuation of “a friendly dialogue between President Putin and Henry Kissinger, who are bound by a long-standing relationship.”

And on December 2, Kissinger was personally invited by China President Xi Jinping to meet in Beijing to discuss the prospects for China of the Trump presidency. Kissinger is regarded since 1971 as uniquely trusted by the Chinese to serve as a mediator of US policy intentions.

With Kissinger now in a unique relationship with President-elect Trump as shadow foreign policy adviser, with Kissinger allies Tillerson as Secretary of State and Mattis as Secretary of Defense, it is beginning to appear that the heavy hand of Kissinger and his version of British Balance of Power political manipulations is about to target China, as well as Iran, and to try to use Putin and Russia to destroy the genuine possibility of a counterweight to Western One World delusions, by fostering mistrust and bad blood between China and Russia and Iran.

There is simply too much coincidence in the recent emergence of the Kissinger–world statesman of peace–to not think that in truth, from the outset, Donald Trump was designed to be Henry A. Kissinger’s Man, in order to re-tilt global geopolitics back to a US leading role.

 Kissinger & Putin

In late December 2016, David Jnr instructed Kissinger to go to Moscow and meet with Putin. Six weeks earlier Trump had won the elections to become the next President. A new Rockefeller game-plan was now being put into motion. This plan was called “Fortress America “.

A deal was made between Kissinger and Putin. It went like this:” It is time to reduce Russia’s strong support for Iran, and also to reduce energy, financial and other ties with China. In return, Washington will make it easy for Russia to gain even greater influence in the Middle East, and that Libya would now fall into Russia’s orbit.” This was the essence of the secret Kissinger-Putin deal.

Putin agreed to this deal, for several reasons. One, he knew there was a complete breach between New York and London, as far as coordinating global affairs between the two. Second, was that Putin viewed Iran as an energy competitor, in terms of supplying gas to the EU (the Iran-Syria gas pipeline proposal that triggered the Syrian War in 2011). Putin and Russia don’t fully trust the Iranians; Russia and Iran have a mutual distrust with each other.

As for China, Russia is terrified that when the Americans do manage to cut off the maritime route carrying oil to China, then for China to survive, China will have to look north into Russia. China would then have no choice but to invade and occupy Eastern Russia in order to gain possession of that region’s oil and gas resources. Thus, Putin is busy building two new pipelines carrying oil and gas to China. Furthermore, India is now within the American orbit, and is pursuing an anti-China agenda. If that day ever comes that India and China go to war, it would reduce Chinese pressure on Russia’s Far East.

In all of these, there was an understanding reached between Putin and Kissinger, representing the Rockefeller Empire.

When Trump was inaugurated as the new US President, China immediately stationed nuclear-tipped DF-21 missiles aimed at Russia’s military targets and cities! One would think that Russia and China are the best of friends, but in the world of international power politics and geopolitics, there are no permanent friends, only interests! Both Putin and Kissinger agreed to co-ordinate intelligence against Britain.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has continued his “long-standing, friendly relations” with former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger as the pair took the “opportunity to talk” at a meeting in his residence outside Moscow.

The meeting is a continuation of a “friendly dialogue between President Putin and Henry Kissinger, who are bound by a long-standing relationship,” said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. “They communicate all the time, use the opportunity to talk. Putin values this opportunity to discuss pressing international issues as well as exchange opinions on global perspectives.

Putin and Kissinger have had over 10 meetings so far. Putin says that Moscow always pays attention to his opinion and called Kissinger “a world class politician”.

Back in the 1990s, Kissinger encountered an intriguing young Russia and proceeded to ask him a litany of questions about his background.  “I worked in intelligence,” Putin finally told him. To which Kissinger replied: “All decent people got their start in intelligence. I did too.”

As Putin climbed the ranks in the Kremlin, eventually becoming the President, he and Kissinger kept up a warm rapport even as the US and Russia grew further apart. Kissinger is one of the few Americans to meet frequently with Putin, along with the late movie star Steven Seagal and Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson.

The “Fortress America “ Plan

By having Russia on its side, it was now time to put into place Rockefeller’s new Eurasian game plan. For want of a better term, we will call it “The Fortress America” plan. In essence, the plan follows a similarly successful strategy used by the Rockefeller family in World War 2.

World War 2 was a contest between the rising European power, Germany, and a rising global power, the United States, as to who would inherit the dominant global power that was held by the rapidly declining British Empire.

To get the game started, New York and London both worked to put Adolf Hitler in to power in Germany. Each had their own reasons for doing so. For London, it was to crush Germany by making both Germany and Russia fight to the death, and in so doing, London hoped to maintain its global power position. When Germany and Russia concluded a peace treaty between themselves, the Rothschilds fired Neville Chamberlain as the British Prime Minister and replaced him with the war-mongering Winston Churchill!

From the American perspective, New York wanted Hitler to attack Western Europe and take it over. This would greatly help the Rockefeller Empire is eliminating the Rothschilds vast global colonial holdings, which were managed by such European countries that still had colonial holdings in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Countries in these regions made up a captive colony in terms of accessing raw materials as well as providing captive markets in which to sell their goods. American firms were pointedly excluded from trading in these regions. Because of this, there was a silent war being fought between London and New York.

The Americans had two plans for this, called Plan Orange, and Plan Blue. One was for the Atlantic Ocean, and the other was for the Pacific Ocean. The US Navy was determined to destroy the British Navy in these two regions. The plan was not put into action, but World War 2 came about, and it essentially served the same purpose.

To get the game going, New York loaned vast amounts to Germany to build up her industrial base, and to arm Germany. Likewise, New York helped to industrialize Stalin’s Russia as well as to provide it with arms. How else to get these two Eurasian giants to fight if they are lacking the sinews of war? Britain was also helped militarily, but this  “lend-Lease program” was just that. It wasn’t a gift, but rather a loan. At wars end, a devastated and bankrupt Britain was forced to accept this condition, and had to repay this aid, with interest!

By the war’s end, in 1945, Eurasia was in ruins. All of America’s competitors were destroyed, thus leaving the way open for America to walk in and take over Eurasia. As a result, America became a superpower between 1945 and 1990.

From 1990 to now, America has found itself, once again, confronted by Eurasia’s rising giants, both in Western Europe ( Germany) and in East Asia (China and Japan). It just so happens that both of these regions are dependent on energy imports from the Middle East, and Russia.  Both these regions will get stronger over the next few decades, if not stopped.  Remember the family motto – “Competition is a sin!”

For America to hold onto its declining global power, and to check the rising power of Germany and China, it was necessary to once again blow up Eurasia. And the fastest way to accomplish this was to blow up the Middle East, and suck in all of these powers into the Middle East quagmire.  Targeting both Germany and China’s oil supplies would put both of these regions under America’s mercy. And if America and Russia were to reach an agreement on energy and military force, then America would have won by the simple fact that its greatest economic competitors have been neutralized by the fact that its economic well-being is in America’s grip. New York will be in a position to dictate terms, terms which have to be obeyed, or else! As for Russia, it would also be crippled by the upcoming Eurasian War – or World War 3, while America is safe and sound in the Western Hemisphere.

At the same time, America would have to begin a series of economic, financial, and military moves to put this plan into action, some of its key points will be briefly described here.

Fortress America’s Plan of Action

Over several different areas, America has begun to fortify itself, in preparation for the coming war in Eurasia, or World War 3. Preparations have begun in such fields as energy, immigration, infrastructure, finance and the military. Let’s briefly discuss each. This will help us understand Trump’s grand plan.

Energy

The phrase “energy Independence” is increasingly being heard in American business circles. What this means is that America is reducing dependence on imported energy. This was a policy enacted in the late 1960s, when Washington cordoned off many areas that contained oil, including the ban on offshore drilling. The aim was to increase oil imports, and keep its own oil reserves untouched, and use it when needed for some time in the distant future. Well, the distant future is here.

Through the shale oil revolution begun in the late 2000s, American production has increased to 10 million bpd. Add to these increasing investments in ports, pipelines, refineries and petro-chemical plants, the trend are quite clear. In addition, many areas are now being opened for oil drilling and exploration, both on shore and off-shore. As a result, US exports of oil and gas are increasing to such an extent that OPEC and Russia are becoming nervous.

The aim is for America to be a net oil and gas exporter by 2023. Was that to happen, it would mean a new supply of oil on the market amounting to 7 million bpd! Just in time to fill in the supply vacuum created by the blow-up of the Middle East.  Washington would be able to impose terms on these EU or Asian nations, that it would mean a total end to their sovereignty. Finally, Washington has changed the tax rules to favor the energy industry.

Immigration

Trump has promised to build a wall on the US-Mexican border. This will help in reducing the number of uneducated illegal immigrants within the US. Additional measures have been, or are going, to be implemented in letting professional immigrants into the US.  Only the educated need apply, while low-cost labor is no more welcomed. In this last, through the dumbing-down effect of the American educational system, most Americans lag behind the rest of the world in terms of engineers and scientists. So, there is plenty of low-cost labor within the US at the moment. Only the better-educated will be allowed in.

 Infrastructure

The American infrastructure is slowly crumbling.  Under-investment in roads, rail, bridges, etc. is now reducing the efficiency levels of US business. Trump aims to revise this, but he is facing massive opposition to this plan

 Military

Washington has turbo-charged the sales of its arms to allies globally. Nations need arms to fight. This also helps its defense companies reduce the cost per unit of its products. Washington also discourages its allies to build up their own defense-related industries. In short, Washington would prefer its allies to depend on Washington for its defense needs.

When Germany’s Angela Merkel made a statement in 2014/15 about the need for Europe to have its own army, independent of NATO, or the US, the next day a German Air jet just plunged to earth over Spain. Failed electronics were blamed. Or was the jet electronically hijacked? Either way, Germany and Angela Merkel got the message.

Latin America

One by one, all those countries in Latin America that had fought to be free of the US were brought back within the US orbit. Countries such as Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico are back within the US orbit. Others, such as Venezuela are in the process of being strangled to death, economically. Once Latin American countries are all safely back within Washington’s orbit, then America has secured its back-yard for extracting the natural resources, especially oil and gas, for its own use. In war-time, these resources would be denied to all outside powers, principally China and Europe. In February, 2017, new Secretary of State Rex Tillerson made his first overseas trip to Latin America. One can see how this Fortress America plan is now beginning to shape up.

Rex Tillerson may have stumbled out of the gate as he kicked off a trip to Latin America by praising a controversial 200-year-old foreign-policy doctrine, warning of “imperial” Chinese trade ambitions, and touting the United States as the region’s preferred trade partner.

During a question-and-answer session after a speech in Austin, Texas, on Thursday, Tillerson praised the 1823 Monroe Doctrine as “clearly … a success.” The doctrine, and subsequent corollary to the doctrine issued in 1904 by President Theodore Roosevelt, asserted U.S. authority in the Western Hemisphere over meddling European powers, and is still seen by many in the region as a form of U.S. imperialism.

“I think it’s as relevant today as it was the day it was written,” Tillerson said of the doctrine.

Tillerson’s remarks could ruffle the feathers of his hosts on an already fraught trip. Since President Donald Trump has taken office, U.S. standing in Latin America has plummeted, and Tillerson’s trip, which will cover cooperation on migration, trade, and energy, may have been meant to smooth things over.

During Tillerson’s speech in Austin, which fell on his one-year anniversary of becoming secretary of state, Tillerson also painted China as a foil to the United States. “Today China is getting a foothold in Latin America. It is using economic statecraft to pull the region into its orbit. The question is: At what price?” he said.

Tillerson took particular aim at China’s economic approach to Latin America, which focused on gaining access to commodities from countries such as Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, and Peru, but which has left little lasting benefit for those countries.

“Latin America does not need new imperial powers that seek only to benefit their own people,” said the top diplomat charged with implementing the Trump administration’s “America first” approach to the world. “China’s state-led model of development is reminiscent of the past,” he said. “It doesn’t have to be this hemisphere’s future.”

In short, this is what Washington’s “Fortress America” game-plan is about. In the Middle East, the US is slowly withdrawing, creating a vacuum in the region. This US retreat is allowing other powers to move in; a deliberate American strategy. In the Asia-Pacific region, Washington is beefing up its military presence, and fortifying its allies through various military deals.

Not many people in the world realize the big-picture of American’s grand geopolitical designs. New York has ingeniously deceived them. Most are blaming America’s retreat on its economic decline and reduced influence. What a brilliant move by New York and the Rockefeller Empire. To understand the present it is important to know the past. It seems that many senior policy-makers have forgotten this lesson.

Winston Churchill once said, “In wartime, truth is so precious that she should always be attended by a bodyguard of lies.” It is already clear that the project of the Trump Presidency, to prepare America for a new war, is already being well attended by a bodyguard of lies.
